Mr. Sankar Ganesh Soundayan joined RUAS as Head of Human Resources from March 2024

Mr. Sankar Ganesh Soundayan did his Bachelors of Law from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai and Masters in Management from Madras University. 

He has 20+ years of experience in the field of Legal and HR Leadership roles, he brings a wealth of expertise in Organizational development, Talent Management and strategic HR initiatives. He had served predominantly in Healthcare, Education and Services Industry.

Prior to joining RUAS he served as Head – HR & Legal in Chinmaya Mission Hospital, Bangalore.
