Dr. Deepesh Nagarajan

Dr. Deepesh Nagarajan completed his PhD in 2017 at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in the field of protein design. He completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Washington under Prof. David Baker, who is the leading protein designer in the field. Dr. Nagarajan is interested in the applications of protein design approaches to drug development, and has had a decade of experience designing antimicrobial peptides. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Department of Biotechnology, M.S. Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS)
