Rotaract Club of RUAS in association with Rotary Bengaluru Manyata & Develup organized ​“Pragathi Job Fair” on 15^th June 2024 at Dwaraka Auditorium, bringing together a diverse range of employers and job seekers. The event was supported by Rotary clubs of Siddarabeta, City Centre, Ulsoor, Lake World, Brigades, Platinum City, Junction, Orion Gateway and North along with Title Sponsors Sahaja Yoga and Ban​ga​lore​of​fice​.com. Event had gracious presence of Mr. Srinivas Murthy, District Governer, Rotary District 3192, Mrs. Deepthi Devadiga, President, Rotary Bengaluru Manyata, Mr. Tejas Gowda, CEO – Develup, M N Balachandra, District Director – Rotary District 3192.

Pragathi aimed to provide a platform to connect job seekers with potential employers across various industries, provide career development opportunities, and facilitate networking among professionals. A total of 80 employers participated in Pragathi representing various industries including banking, insurance, technology, healthcare, finance, and education. We had received a total of 11,800 registration and with over 7000 job aspirants participating in the job fair. Several exhibition booths were setup for companies to showcase their offerings, engage with potential customers, generate leads, and build their brand presence. Additionally, workshop and talks were conducted on topics such as Mental Wellness, Alcohol and Drug Deaddiction and Industry trends. Pragathi provided valuable opportunities for both job seekers and employers. The positive feedback and high attendance numbers underscore the importance of such events in the job market.
